Two decades of capital strategy, M&A, and corporate finance leadership for venture-backed companies in cleantech, deep tech, real estate, and infrastructure. Has raised over $1.3 billion of equity, debt, and project capital across thirteen companies and closed eleven M&A transactions. CFO or finance lead at four venture-backed start-ups including Vantem Global, SmartLabs, and Cambridge Innovation Center. Earlier roles include Director at Credit Suisse Dubai and Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Co. Founded the original Rockpiper Group advisory practice in 2009. Tuck MBA. FINRA Series 7, 24, and 63.

Affiliated Advisors

Rock Piper works with a deliberate roster of senior affiliated advisors who bring specific capability: narrative coaching, market access, technical diligence, and regulatory counsel. They come in to the engagements where they’re needed. Each engagement is structured around a company’s stage and complexity, not a fixed team. The result is leaner work and senior attention where it actually moves the financing forward.

Affiliates work under their own regulatory positioning. Where a transaction calls for licensed placement activity, that work is routed to providers with the appropriate registrations.
